About
A beekeeper in Saint Paul en Forêt, Daniel Brun devotes himself to his passion, his hives and his production.
"I chose beekeeping, or rather it was beekeeping that chose me. I remember learning from my uncles. They are passionate about the world of bees, and are able to reproduce flowers, which need to exchange pollen. So, cleverly, they make a sweet, fragrant honey that humans love. Flying from corolla to corolla, the foraging bee also transports the pollen. Back at the hive, she empties her nectar-filled crop into a honeycomb, where other bees enrich and concentrate it. They enrich and concentrate the nectar, transforming it into real honey, less water-laden and richer in sugar.... All that's left to do is harvest it, and the job is done !!!!!!!!
